Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meshify platform operated by Meshit Solutions. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Platform, you (the business / tenant) agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and billing information.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, including GST, as detailed in our GST Information.

3. WhatsApp & Marketing Communications

By accepting these Terms, the business / tenant agrees to receive WhatsApp marketing, promotional, and product-update notifications from Meshit Solutions on the registered WhatsApp number. These are in addition to transactional and service messages required to operate your account. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting support; transactional and billing messages will continue while your account is active.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to sell prohibited goods, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access another tenant's data.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the products, media, and content you upload. You grant Meshit Solutions a limited licence to host and display that content solely to operate your store.

6. Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Platform available and provide support through the channels listed in the panel. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or remain unpaid. You may stop using the Platform at any time by cancelling your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshit Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
