Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made to Meshit Solutions for the Meshify platform.

1. No Refund on Past Invoices

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for invoices that have already been raised or paid, including for partially used billing periods.

2. Cancelling Future Billing

You remain in control of future charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel. Once cancelled:

No further invoices will be generated for the upcoming billing cycle.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

3. Free Trial

Eligible plans include a free trial. You will only be billed if you continue past the trial. Cancelling during the trial prevents any charge.

4. Exceptional Cases

In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error on our side, contact us and we will correct it. This is the only circumstance in which an adjustment may be issued.
