Good to know
Do I need technical knowledge to set up my store?
No. Pick your kind of business, add your logo and products, and your store is ready. Everything is managed from the mobile app or the web admin — no coding.
Can I use only WhatsApp Orders, or only AI Studio?
Yes. Each of the three products can be bought on its own, or together. They share one account, so adding another later is one click.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your store and admin pause until you choose a plan — set up auto-pay during the trial and nothing pauses at all. We remind you before the trial ends, and no data is deleted.
Can I use my own domain (e.g. mybrand.com)?
Yes. Connect a domain you own and we set it up with a free SSL certificate. Until then, your store runs on a free yourname.meshify.in address.
How do payments work?
Connect your own Razorpay account and payments go straight to your bank. Meshify never holds your money.
How is AI Studio charged?
Pay only for what you generate, from a prepaid AI wallet you top up by UPI. The price is shown before you generate, and a failed attempt is not charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
