This Privacy Policy explains how Meshit Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you (the business / tenant) and your customers use the Meshify platform, admin web panel, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

• Business / account data — name, email, WhatsApp number, store name, GST number and billing details you provide during sign-up and subscription.
• Store & catalogue data — products, orders, customers, and content you create while operating your store.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and actions taken within the Platform.
• Payment data — processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and your store.
• To process subscriptions, billing, and payouts.
• To provide support and send service, transactional, and billing communications.
• To improve, secure, and develop new features.
• To comply with legal, tax (GST), and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (hosting, payments, messaging, shipping) as needed to run the Platform, and where required by law.

4. Data Security & Tenant Isolation

The Platform is multi-tenant. Each business's data is logically isolated and accessible only to that business and authorised Meshit Solutions personnel. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including SSL encryption in transit.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and store data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Customers of a store should contact that store's operator for data concerns relating to their orders.
